We work in a variety of segments including Light Industrial, CDL and Non-CDL drivers, Clerical/Office, Hospitality, and Event Staffing positions. We focus on matching the position with the person’s skills and experience.

We offer three types of services to our Clients. Temporary, Temp-to-Perm and Direct Hire. Temporary positions last anywhere from four hours to several months. Temp-to-Perm positions start out as temporary and give the Client time to evaluate the individual and their work ethic but plan to make the person a direct hire at a future date. Direct Hire positions will go directly to your payroll and qualify for your benefits etc.

This is a tricky question! Have we found the perfect person for a client within one hour of their call…Yes! But have we also had a Client call and we had to tell them we didn’t have anyone available that day…. unfortunately, Yes.  It all depends on the open position and who we have available at that time. The more notice Clients give us the greater probability we will fill that position with an excellent candidate quickly. We can also assure you that every candidate will be pre-qualified with regards to experience, skill set, availability and of course, be in compliance with all state and federal laws.

We provide general safety training to all employees, but anything site specific is completed by the Client. The Client would also add any injuries to temporary employees to their OSHA 300 log per the Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines (29 CFR Section 1904.31).

We pay our employees every Friday and bill our clients every Friday as well. This covers the previous weeks hours.

All our invoices are Net 15.

We email or fax your invoice to you every Friday. You determine the method during the new client setup process.

Tributary Staffing pays employees every Friday for the prior week’s work and handles all taxes, workers compensation, garnishments, and anything else related to payroll. If you elect to hire the person direct, they will move to your payroll.

Here at Tributary Staffing, we like to give our Clients the freedom and flexibility to track and report time any way they like. You may use our timecards, your timekeeping system, or simply send us an email. Once you approve their time, you can send the information to timecards@tributarystaffing.com every Monday for the previous week.

The vast majority of our Clients provide personal protective equipment to everyone working onsite. However, we do provide PPE where needed. We also offer employees recommendations and resources on securing their own high-quality PPE such as a good pair of steel toe boots.

We have the ability to conduct local, regional, and nationwide background checks. We defer to each Client based on their specific policy as to what is acceptable. This is discussed during the new client onboarding process.

Our staffing agreement spells out several options for hiring an employee direct and we would be happy to review that with you at your convenience.

Our recruiters use a diverse set of resources and practices to help source talent. We use multiple online resources as well as social media, but we also use several “secret” processes to gain awareness and reach people in new and innovative ways.

Yes, our goal is to ensure every candidate has an equal opportunity and we comply with all local, state and federal employment laws. We believe in building a strong, diverse work environment for all.

Yes, we run all candidates through the Federal government’s E-Verify program in addition to complying with all local, state, and federal employment laws.

We drug test according to each client’s requirements, however driving positions follow the Department of Transportation (DOT) standards and require a pre-employment drug test.
